1. Services
ATD Detailing Co., LLC provides mobile detailing services for automotive, commercial, semi-truck, agricultural, fleet, powersports, and marine vehicles within our Nebraska service area. All estimates are free and provided without obligation.
2. Scheduling & Access
Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the vehicle or equipment at the agreed time and location. Weather or site conditions may require rescheduling — we'll always communicate promptly.
3. Recurring Plans
Recurring plans (weekly through annually) continue until cancelled. You may pause or cancel a recurring plan at any time with notice before your next scheduled service — no cancellation fees.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. If you're not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right — that's the standard the company was built on.
5. Liability
We are insured and treat every vehicle and machine with professional care. Pre-existing damage or conditions should be disclosed before service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
